If you have ever emailed or contacted Kildrummy Technical Support, it is likely that your issues have been logged on our support desk software. Previously, looking back through these issues would have involved searching through emails for critical information or a solution to a problem. However as of today, you’ll be able to access all previous and current support issues via the Kildrummy help desk website. This new website will also allow you to submit new support tickets. To sign up and start using the service go to and follow the on screen instructions.

In addition to being able to view support tickets, we have also introduced a community forum. Using this resource you’ll be able to view application documentation as well as discuss features or issues with Kildrummy staff and other users.
